ABOUT FMOC

We envision a community of men leading life with wisdom, love, and responsibility for their families, communities, and legacies. Together, we create that future—one man, one circle, one community at a time.

OUR PURPOSE

FMOC was created because men of color deserve spaces designed for us — spaces that honors our diverse histories, cultures, and lived experiences. Too often, men’s work has been shaped by white-dominant narratives and stereotypes that don’t reflect our realities. We’re changing that.

Our purpose is simple: to liberate and empower men of color to heal, grow, and rise into the fullness of our manhood — so we can show up with love, courage, and full responsibility for our families, communities, and the world.

OUR STORY

FMOC began with a simple but urgent question: Where do men of color go to do our inner work?

Our founder, a coach and facilitator (Charles Sue-Wah-Sing) who walked his own path of healing and transformation, saw how few spaces existed for men like us — spaces where we could show up fully, without code-switching, without judgment, and without carrying the weight of stereotypes.

What started as small circles of brothers gathering to share, listen, and heal has grown into a movement: an international community of men of color reclaiming our wholeness and redefining manhood on our own terms.

“Every female wants to be loved by a male. Every woman wants to love and be loved by the males in her life. Whether gay or straight, bisexual or celibate, she wants to feel the love of father, grandfather, uncle, brothers or male friend. We live in a culture where emotionally starved deprived females are desperately seeking male love.”

SOUL WORK

Our work is about transformation—from the inside out.

We, as men of color carry generations of untold stories—of resilience, struggle, survival, and brilliance. Yet we also carry wounds of shame, isolation, anger, and the heavy weight of a culture that was never built for us.

FMOC exists to break those cycles for ourselves and future generations. We’re here to provide the tools, community, and support men of color need to move from survival into thriving.

Together, we:

  • Create safe, loving, and courageous spaces for men of color to share their stories

  • Heal from generational wounds, shame, and anger

  • Build emotional strength, resilience, and spiritual grounding

  • Deepen our relationships with women, children, self and God

  • Step into our divine leadership rooted in culture, wisdom, and truth

This isn’t just about self-improvement. It’s about reclaiming our wholeness and rewriting what manhood means for us—and for the generations who come after us.

START YOUR JOURNEY

Because the world often silences us. Because too many of us are left without guidance, without elders, and without spaces where we can be fully seen and heard.

FMOC is that space. A brotherhood where your voice, your story, and your spirit matter.

“It is human to heal, grow and transform. To live a life that is rich in meaning and fulfillment.”
