HACIENDA GUACHIPELIN, COSTA RICA
Nestled at the base of the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano, Hacienda Guachipelín is a sacred meeting point of fire, forest, and water.
The eco-lodge sits on 3,400 acres of rainforest and savanna, surrounded by hot springs, waterfalls, and adventure trails.

Your fee includes 5 days and 4 nights at the Hacienda Guachipelín, breakfast and dinners, and daily activities. All rooms are double occupancy.
You’ll need to pay for your air and ground transportation, additional tours and adventure activities.

The Brotherhood Retreat is for men of color to share our lived experiences to gain connection, new insights and evoke transformation towards a fulfilling life in a setting that will renew our spirits.

The retreat is brought to you by the leaders of For Men of Color and the Real Dad’s Network.

This event is open to all men of color (21+) who are inspired to create new connections, experience lasting renewal and transformation, and enjoy the rainforests of Costa Rica.

The retreat is limited to 20 men. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your payment, your spot will be confirmed.
If the retreat is full and you’re still interested in joining, complete the registration form and we’ll add your name to the waitlist in case a space opens up.

If you are interested in attending, complete the form below. You’ll receive an invoice for your fees, which you are required to pay in full or provide a deposit of 50% - which can be done online with a credit card, or cash payment via transfer.

Your fee includes 5 days and 4 nights at the Hacienda Guachipelín, breakfast and dinners, and daily activities.
All rooms are double occupancy.You’ll need to pay for your air and ground transportation, additional tours and adventure activities.

We will have 10 Superior Rooms - which are double occupancy. They are arranged around the property’s majestic Cenízaro and Cedro Amargo trees. Each room opens to a shared covered terrace that faces a large open green space.

We will host an online orientation meeting by September 2026 to introduce ourselves and meet each other. We will have more information about what you can expect, what to bring and our itinerary for the retreat.

Yes. If you would like to sponsor another brother to join this event please include that in your registration form.

If you have purchased your spot, you’ll have up to August 31, 2026 to request a refund and then your spot will go to the next man on the waitlist.
We cannot guarantee a full refund after September 1st, 2026.
